Biography
Weiliang Bai is a fourth year Ph.D. student at the department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at University of Texas at Austin. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering in Tsinghua University from China in 2017. After that, he completed his Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. At UT Austin, his research is focus on bubbles assisted antifouling membranes reverse osmosis system. He also gets involved in the project of monitoring biofilms and biofouling in the distribution system and the large-scale reverse osmosis plants. Weiliang is co-advised by Dr. Manish Kumar and Dr. Navid Saleh.
